Mrs. Stephanie Pierce

I'm excited about being an Ethridge Eagle this year as the Librarian. I have spent 10 years in the classroom, mostly as a Kindergarten teacher.  I love sharing and discussing books with students and watching them become excited about the stories they read.   I also love helping our students become 21st-century learners through using technology to create impactful learning, along with immersing students in our makerspace, where they can collaborate, communicate, use critical-thinking skills, and be creative.

I am from Lewisville, Texas, and a Lewisville ISD graduate.  I earned my Bachelors degree from the University of North Texas and my Master's in Library and Technology Science from A&M Commerce.    I am married to Keith and have 3 children, Presley, Keegan, and Ashton, who are all entering middle school this year (yes, they are triplets!).  When I am not enjoying time with my family, I am usually at the dog park with my puppy, attempting to be crafty, or watching Netflix.
